By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

A legal disclaimer

VedAmour Naturals products are handcrafted using natural and Ayurvedic ingredients. Individual skin reactions may vary depending on skin type, sensitivity, allergies, or external factors.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before regular use of any product.

VedAmour Naturals shall not be held liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities arising after product use

  • Improper storage or misuse of products

  • Delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control

This policy complies with applicable Indian consumer laws and e-commerce guidelines.

Refund Policy - the basics

As a general rule:

❌ We do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been delivered successfully.

This is because:

  • Our products are personal care & hygiene items

  • They are handcrafted in small batches

  • Returned products cannot be resold or reused for safety reasons

However, we do offer replacements or refunds in specific cases mentioned below.

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product was missing items from your order

  • The product was leaking or broken at the time of delivery

📌 Important:
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Raise a Refund or Replacement Request

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days.

Resolution Process

Once approved:

  • Replacement:
    A replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost.

  • Refund:
    If a replacement is not possible, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Used or partially used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity (patch test is advised)

  • Customized or made-to-order soaps

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
